Meet Matt, our Head Chef. He joined the Waggon just over three months ago, bringing 15 years of experience from kitchens across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Cumbria and Cambridge. Since then, he’s been getting to know the pub, the team and our customers while making the kitchen his own. He’s also played a big part in developing our new autumn and winter menu, and we’re very lucky to have him with us.
